Return Window
Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order.

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging whenever possible.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the issue.

Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

Return Shipping
